When does my plan start counting? +
Your plan starts counting from the first time you connect to the Taiwan network — not from when you scan the QR code. You can scan the code at home before your trip without losing any data.
Can I buy multiple plans? +
Yes. You can purchase a new plan when your current one expires and add it to the same eSIM slot on your phone.
What happens when I run out of data? +
Your internet connection will stop. You can purchase a new plan from us and activate it on your device to continue browsing.
Is there a refund policy? +
If you haven't scanned the QR code yet, we offer a full refund within 24 hours. Once the eSIM has been activated, refunds are not possible. Contact supportmytaiwanesim@gmail.com for help.
