1. What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your email address, the plan purchased, and payment status. Payment card and PayPal account details are collected and processed directly by Stripe and PayPal — we never see or store your full card number.
2. How we use your data
We use your email address to deliver your eSIM QR code and activation details, send order-related notifications, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Payment processors
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal, each of which maintains its own privacy policy governing the data they collect. Review their policies atstripe.com/privacyandpaypal.com/privacy.
4. Email communications
Order confirmation and delivery emails are sent via Resend. These are transactional emails necessary to fulfill your order and are not used for marketing without your separate consent.
5. Data retention
We retain order records for as long as necessary to provide support, process refunds, and comply with tax and accounting obligations.
6. Cookies
We use minimal, functional local storage (e.g. to remember your dark/light mode preference). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
7. Your rights
You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us via the Support page with your order ID and email address.
